If you know the school and program you’re interested in you can see what dual credit courses offered meet the requirements of the program. Be aware that not all classes will transfer. For tech schools, those with a T after the course/section number are most likely to.
- Courses—You can browse courses on this system, remember to filter it so only online classes are shown.
- If you go through a tech school, you will need to register at that school’s website. If you’re going through a university you should be able to register at https://www.sdbor.edu/administrative-offices/academics/ReducedTuitionDualCredit/Pages/default.aspx
- When applying to a university, make sure your application says dual credit! If it says undergraduate application, you need to click to change to dual credit.
- Those who are currently enrolled in dual credit can do the continuing education application, which shortens the process. If a student takes a spring or fall semester off, they have to go through the initial application process instead of the shortened application.
